My pride and joy, my baby. This lipstick was a pain in the butt to acquire and you can read all about what happened here and here I am to talk to you about what I think of the product.
Firstly, the packaging is beautiful. I love the colour and the way that it changes in the light. The only thing is that Australians had to pay $4 extra for this packaging but it feels a bit different to the regular packaging. Other than that, I really like it.
The colour is a bit off in this photo. Its more peachy than nudey-mauve like this picture is making it out it be. I knew that this product was going to be sheer because of all of the reviews I watched but that didn’t bother me. The colour was a lot lighter than I’d seen in pictures, which made me glad I didn’t settle for Free as a Butterfly because that would have looked horrendous on me.
Here are some lipswatches:
L to R: No lipstick – Lipstick
It doesn’t look like much on my lips but I was expecting that. I think I’m going to pair this up with a lip liner because I feel like this might be a touch too nude for me.
I’m so happy that I own it, regardless of whether it suits me best. I wanted this so badly and I wanted it as a collectors piece mostly.
