Review: Natralus Natural Paw Paw Lip Butter

Hey guys!

Today, I wanted to talk about some lip conditioners that I’ve been trialing because they’re affordable and good quality. What more could you want? I really hope that you enjoy this post and consider getting to know Natralus and their lip butters!

In the lip butter range, there are four different flavours;

Cocoa Butter

Strawberry

Honey & Vanilla

Coconut

They all have brightly coloured packaging that helps to indicate the scent of each of the butters, which I think is really gorgeous.

What makes this different from other lip balms and why should you care?

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but most lip balms and lip conditioners that you can find at the grocery store are petroleum or petrolatum based. What those ingredients do is lock in moisture and add shine but don’t actually add anything good to your lips. So they won’t drastically change your chapped-lip life. The same can be said for many paw paw ointments, which is why I don’t use them unless they’re made by a brand like Natralus that makes natural paw paw ointment. So, I think it’s worth having a look at the ingredients in your lip balms and see how much good that they’re really doing for you.These are filled with oils and goodness for your lips and I know that they will thank you for it. I know my lips have stayed really moisturised throughout a nasty cold.

Another exciting fact is that Natralus are cruelty-free!

The texture of the product is quite thick and will last on your lips for hours so this definitely isn’t the type of lip balm that you might use before applying lipstick. I struggled a little to get it out of the tube, but this is most likely because I’m a weakling. Once it’s sitting on the top of the applicator, it is easy to smooth on to your lips. I like to apply it to my finger and then rub it on my lips. I like using this product on no-makeup, working-on-assignments days and before I go to sleep so that my lips are nice and soft after I wake up.

The scents are really gorgeous. My favourite scent would have to be Honey and Vanilla but they’re all really gorgeous. If you collect lip balms, you’ll probably want to pick up all of the scents.

These are really easy to get your hands on. Woolworths sells three of the four lip butters, Strawberry, Honey and Vanilla, and Coconut. The Cocoa Butter one is really nice too but I’m not sure where you’re able to purchase it.

I would definitely recommend giving these a go! These will be perfect during the winter time!

  1. Just discovered this (Natralus strawberry lip butter), as i had dry lips. Being a typical dad/male, i don’t normally carry a lip balm with me. So off to my wife’s handbag i went. Because of the brightly coloured tube i found it immediately. Anyway all i can say is it now lives in my car and i use it everyday. No more dry lips.
    P.S – i bought my wife a replacement. 🙂
