One of my most popular looks from last year’s 100 Days of Makeup Challenge was my Cordelia Foxx makeup look for my American Horror Story Week. I wanted to share how I achieved the look because it was pretty easy and pretty effective. I’m preparing for my next attempt at the 100 Days of Makeup Challenge so I thought it was a good time to revisit some of my past looks and explain how I achieved them. I do want to say I’m no makeup artist, I’m not a professional. I just like playing with makeup. With that said, I hope that you enjoy the post!
With my next 100 Day of Makeup Challenge fast approaching, I’ve been really into using more colour in my every day looks and I wanted to do a challenge that would actually challenge me to get more creative with my looks. This challenge has been called many different things by many different people but the Random Colour Challenge has been recently popularised by Mariah Leonard on YouTube, using one bright palette and pulling shades out of a randomiser and hoping for the best! For this challenge, I decided to use my Morphe 12P palette because it’s pretty much all bright, bold shades and they’re all matte so that won’t be too difficult to use. Because it lacks neutrals, I have allowed myself to use a transition shade and a highlight shade, if necessary. I hope that you enjoy!
My graduation for my undergraduate degree is next week and I’d actually completely forgotten about it until Sunday night and had a mini panic attack when I realised that I hadn’t planned an outfit or anything! I’d been so focused on my work for Honours that I had completely forgotten about my graduation. I thought it might be fun to share some of the graduation outfit inspiration that I had whilst organising an outfit! I really hope that you enjoy it!
This style post includes makeup and hair inspiration, which was lacking in my previous style posts. Let me know if you like the look of this better than the way that I usually make my spreads.
