Fashion Review: The Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

Missing the mark on getting my MET Gala fashion review up on time, I felt like this event was a good enough second go and getting a fashion review up in a timely manner haha. Much like the rest of the world, I watched the live stream of the Royal Wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex! My mum and I had a bottle of bubbly out along with enough food to feed all of Harry’s army comrades that lined the streets around Windsor Castle. The wedding was really gorgeous and I definitely felt that I needed to review some part of it. I really hope that you enjoy the post!

Review: Carbon Coco Teeth Whitening Kit

As someone who enjoys coffee and drinks Pepsi Max like it is water, I do tend to feel a little self conscious about the state of my teeth. I have used whitening products in the past and I used whitening toothpaste, seeing only minor improvement. I’d always been intrigued by the charcoal teeth whitening kits by Carbon Coco and I was lucky enough to be gifted a kit to try for review! For the last 10 days, I’ve been trialing the kit that I was given and I am ready to share my thoughts. I hope that you enjoy!

Shop My Stash: February Lip Products

I’ve been watching a lot of makeup declutter videos and have been inspired to look back through my collection of products and see what I need to be using to get the most out of what I’ve spent money on before it expires! Lipstick is one of those products that I am very tempted by but when I think of how many lipsticks I use regularly out of the ones that I own, I start to regret purchasing so many. While watching decluttering videos, I started seeing products I wanted to try and I just can’t buy more without at least using some of the ones I’ve neglected and can’t part with. So I’ve decided to ‘shop my stash’ and focus on using some products that I really need to use before their expiry and I’ve decided to make a post monthly talking about how I’m going with it! The idea isn’t to use products up, necessarily, although I’d like to. The idea is just to use the products and work out whether they’re worth hanging on to. I’m hoping to reignite some passion for certain products, especially now that my preference seems to be changing, yet again! I hope that you enjoy reading these posts!

Review: LUSH Caca Rouge, Henna Hair Colour

I’ve been wanting to look after my hair more, recently, and one of the ways that I’ve chosen to do that is to stop using permanent hair dye, because I know that the build up of all of the boxed dyes was really doing a number on my hair. For the last three months, I’ve not touched my hair, except to try and lift some of the dye off of it with a hair dye remover. Originally my plan was to lighten it as much as I could to try and get it back to the original colour but I’ve since been swayed otherwise and have decided to keep trying to dye my hair a copper tone, because I think that’s the colour that I like best against my skin. I was going into LUSH for a present and while I was there, I decided to pick up one of their henna dyes to try and dye my hair with. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever used and I really wanted to talk about it as an alternative to traditional hair dyes! I hope that you enjoy!

I think it’s become pretty well known that I enjoy a bit of Korean pop culture and I’ve been slowly injecting it into most things that I do haha. Due to my addiction to purchasing things that I don’t need, I’ve accumulated a few beauty related things that I’ve purchased purely because of KPOP and I wanted to share them with you.
